All of us love potatoes and who'd have believed that this bulb may be so versatile and yummy. In regards to take-away meals, typically you may have option of potato wedges or French fries. I have to admit that both alternatives are rather tasty for me.
Let us look at the advantages of each one. Potato wedges are the apparently healthier option as it uses less oil. You merely line the base of the baking tray with some sunflower oil and drizzle a small amount of oil on it to give it that lovely golden brown color and crispy texture during baking. On the downside, it will take a little longer to bake the wedges. You can cut them up and put them directly into the oven. This means it is going to take anything from an hour to bake the wedges correctly.
Then you've got the formidable and yummy French presses. Boil sunflower oil that is a fantastic heat retainer then dip the potato strips to the skillet. Based on how you like it, you can fry it until it's crispy and golden brown or you can fry it so it's a great soft French fry. I find the milder version of the French fry to be very delectable, especially once you drizzle some salt and vinegar . However, as soon as you strain the French fries, set them in a bowl that's lined with a disposable kitchen towel. This will drain a lot of the oil. On the upside, the skillet for French fries can be as fast as five minutes. So if you are in hurry, this is the best way to go.
Now that I've looked in the arguments of both sides, I must complete this for a draw. Each side dish has its own benefits and drawbacks. Provided that you find a fantastic balance both choices will be tasty additions to your meal. Enjoy your dish.
